Integrate your own apps using our dedicated Enterprise Setup

Did you know we support enterprises end-to-end? With Observee, we help you build powerful tools for your customers, so you can focus on what matters most: your product.

1. Go to https://app.observee.ai and log in.

2. Navigate to the Connect section of the page. You will now be in our marketplace.

   

   
   

3. Find Atlassian, Slack, and ServiceNow from the marketplace. Toggle them to Enterprise mode. This will allow you to authenticate your users onto dedicated clients, giving you control over your data.

   

   
   

4. There are two ways to run Enterprise mode: The first way is to use our own hosted enterprise Apps. By doing that, you are using Observee's official Atlassian, Slack, and ServiceNow OAuth applications. The second way is to configure your own credentials using the Configure tool. This will enable you to pass in your own client id's, scopes, and other custom data for the integration.

   

   
   

5. Here is a helpful heuristic on how to decide which way to run Enterprise mode in

   1. If you are just starting out and do not have your own OAuth application yet, or don't want to go through what can oftentimes be a lengthy process for some platforms, go with (1) and just click Connect.

   2. If you already have an OAuth application, or you are very particular on scopes and authorized access for your enterprise, got with (2) and click Configure

6. Once you are complete, hit Deploy.

7. You now have an enterprise-ready URL to run Observee with. Use this doc as a guide on how to integrate Observee into your app via code.
